And? How are things going with your project “Traum-Po?” Sluggish? Yes me too. Especially with the threat of lockdown, I see myself on my sofa with a big bag of popcorn and a new series that I can "binge-watch" within a day. Of course you have to say in our defense that there are just too many good series that literally call for us. But since the holidays are just around the corner, which usually doesn't quite contribute to our dream body, here is another tip on how you can still remain "on-track" to a certain extent.

 And here comes a special insider tip: water. Water? Yes, you heard that right, the well-known H2O. If you drink a lot, you not only improve your concentration. Water can also help you have more beautiful skin and even help you lose weight. Now the question arises, how does that work?

 It's actually relatively simple. On the one hand, you take in fewer calories because the stomach is already filled with water to some extent. Furthermore, water doesn't affect your insulin levels like soft drinks do. Sugar-containing beverages stimulate your insulin levels and block fat loss. Some studies even suggest the effect that your metabolic rate increases by up to 30% after half an hour - an hour.

So how much do I have to drink? As a guideline, you can always think of: at least one liter per 20 kg. At 60 kg, the minimum is three liters. Remember that, of course, it should be a lot more in summer and when exercising.
